About the Program

As management lies at the heart of the business world and is a critical area of study for business concerns, the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at JISU aims to deliver the core ideas of management and implications of these ideas to businesses and their environment, preparing graduates for a variety of stimulating careers. The program provides the quantitative and analytical skills that enable students to succeed in a wide variety of business activities. The program is based on a flexible arrangement of study strengthened by research and innovative learning pedagogies, which advances a student’s ability to develop academic and practical insights into the domain. The graduates of BBA will be highly employable in both corporate and public sectors. They developed the skills, understanding, and perspective to move among those sectors effectively. The management programs are designed to give students a more in-depth understanding of the business world, and prepare them for successful careers as leaders, managers, executives and innovators in their chosen field.

Eligibility

Minimum 50% in 10+2 from any stream plus JET (JIS University Entrance Exam).

PEO

  • PEO 1: To give BBA students a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Management Studies and Entrepreneurship, serving as the platform for developing problem-solving, decision making, managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
  • PEO 2: To equip students with a logical and practical approach to problem-solving, enabling them to function effectively as efficient managers who can adapt to dynamic & changing business environments in both social and global contexts. This preparation includes using methods such as problem-solving exercises, case analysis, role plays, live projects and internships to simulate real-life situations.
  • PEO 3: To instil professional ethics and values in students and raise their awareness of the social responsibilities of businesses & ethical practices.
