JIS University has adopted a comprehensive digitization of various examination processes which are aligned with the Outcome Based Education and new Curriculum framework in consideration to the NEP 2020. - Answer Booklet Scanning and digital evaluation through ERP portal
- Online review mechanism
- Result processing and publication through Examination ERP portal
- Grade Card and Transcript generation
The Office of the Controller of Examinations is focused on building a robust, objective, transparent and secure examination system with the efficient use of digital technologies. Updated regulations for newly adopted digital examination processes, aided by the structured SOPs for various stakeholders have ensured a smooth transition from the conventional to the new model. Extensive efforts are also being made tointegrate examination processes with ABC IDs of students for facilitating credit transfer directly to their ABC accounts and digital academic verification.
