About the Program

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms that inhabit our ecosystem, including viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and more. A B.Sc. in Microbiology program designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge about these microbes, their habitats, living systems, and overall biology. This foundational understanding enables graduates to devise solutions to various problems or diseases caused by microorganisms. The ongoing pandemic underscores the critical role that research and efforts by microbiology professionals can play in combating such global health crises. Consequently, B.Sc. Microbiology offers extensive scope and numerous career opportunities.

Vision & Mission

Vision
